6 month check up

Ben had his 6 month check up yesterday. I'm so sad...he has dropped from the 90th percentile! He weighs 19 lbs 6 oz and is 26.9 in. long...think he is in the 80th percentile now :)

He is doing great...eating like a champ! The only thing I have found so far that he isn't that crazy about are peaches! I think he is crazy. He has so much fun in his bouncer...as you can tell from the pictures. He just wore himself out having too much fun!!

Ben has discovered his feet and puts them in his mouth constantly! He has also found his ears...that is kinda funny when he starts rubbing on his head then moves down and grabs on his ears, reminds me of an old man!

Ben is sitting on his own...most of the way. He is getting better every day. He almost has the sitting up without his hands on the floor mastered...sorta!

Two words...sweet potatoes!!!

The latest on Ben

Ben is about 5 &1/2 months now! I can't believe how fast the time has gone. It seems like yesterday we were getting ready for him to come. He is rolling from is back to belly. For some reason he just doesn't want to go from his belly to his back...I think it might be because he has a big belly!! He is talking..well really squealing alot and laughing and smiling all the time. He is such a great baby...still sleeping through the night and really only fussing when he is hungry...go figure!! He has started eating apples, peaches, pears and he LOVES bananas.

Last weekend we had a special treat...Caroline, Gammy, and Uncle William came to visit!
Ben had a great time. We missed Aunt Wendy, Uncle Gary and the Squirrel but hopefully we will get to see them soon.
